The backgrounds for this site are images of paste papers. Here I am making one. A decorative paste paper is made by wetting a sheet of paper, transferring it to a piece of glass, and then applying colored paste to the surface. Grown-up finger painting, more or less. This site was co-designed by me and Difference Machine, but Difference Machine did all the coding.
